2、Package(包装)

　　The Gallium produced by our company will be packed in compliance with the International Standard Export Packing,i.e. the gallium ingot weighed about 1kg will be kept in plastic bottles sealed in plastic bags,10 such bottles will be secured in a poly-foam.If by sea transportation,one poly-foam will be packed in a carton box,if by air cargo,two such poly-foam will be packed in a carton box.
　 (我公司生产的金属镓按国际出口包装标准，重约一公斤镓锭放于塑料瓶中，塑料袋密封，然后放置于成型的泡沫聚乙烯盒子中，每盒10瓶。若海运，每一盒外包一硬纸箱，若空运，每两盒外包一硬纸箱。)

3、Usage (主要用途)

　　金属镓是合成砷化镓(GaAs)、磷化镓(GaP)等化合物半导体材料的主要原料之一。上述化合物半导体材料是制造光电器件最基础的功能材料，这些材料被广泛应用于超高速集成电路、激光器、红外线可见光的发光二极管、微波器件、高效太阳能电池等高新技术领域。此外还有少量的镓被用于制造冷焊剂、低熔点合金、牙科合金、超导体、光盘存储器、高档磁性材料(钕铁硼)等。随着世界高新技术的发展，金属镓的应用领域也越来越广阔。
